My Untangled Story

You’ve built a life marked by determination and excellence. From the outside, it looks like success, and in many ways, it is. But beneath the surface, something lingers. The weight of old wounds. The echo of things you never asked for but had to survive. It’s not always visible, but it’s there, pulling at your energy, clouding your clarity, and keeping you from fully feeling like yourself.

I know that feeling because I lived it.

I embody resilience, strength, ambition, and an unwavering pursuit of personal freedom. But that freedom was hard-won. For over 20 years, I endured malignant narcissistic abuse. And even after it ended, I carried the impact with me for nearly a decade. I am a veteran, a professional, a mother, a divorcée. I did what so many high-functioning women do: I kept going. I performed, I provided, I achieved. And yet, every day, I was navigating the quiet but constant toll that trauma had taken on my body, mind, and spirit. It shaped how I showed up in my relationships, my decisions, and my self-worth. Even when I looked composed, I was carrying weight that no one could see.

For years, I thought healing meant just trying to move forward. But that wasn’t enough. What changed everything for me was discovering the Emotional Clearing Method (ECM). It was nothing like what I’d experienced before. ECM helped me release the emotional charge of nearly 30 years of trauma without reliving it. The shift was profound. For the first time, I felt truly clear. Untangled. Free.

Today, I live fully detached from the trauma that once consumed me. I move through life with peace, clarity, and strength. And now, as a Certified Emotional Clearing Method Practitioner and Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner, I help other women do the same.

This work is personal. It’s not about surface change. It’s about deep, lasting transformation that reaches the parts of you you’ve had to protect for too long. That’s what led me to create Blossom Untangled™, a private and powerful space for high-achieving women to finally let go of what’s been holding them back.
